The Angelina County & Cities Health District provides public health services for Angelina County. ACCHD provides assistance, education and access to doctors and other health-care professionals for lower income and uninsured families in Angelina County, including the cities of Lufkin, Diboll, Hudson, Huntington and Burke. Services include diagnosis and treatment, prescriptions, referrals to specialists, laboratory, health risk assessments, health education, immunizations, preventive health and chronic disease management, well-child and sick child exams, women’s preventive health services and family planning.
