The Angelina County & Cities Health District (ACCHD) is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for facility repairs. The purpose of this RFP is to select a contractor that can complete the repairs in a timely, cost-efficient manner while meeting all applicable safety and quality standards.

To fully understand the scope of the repairs, we invite interested contractors to schedule a site walk-through of the facility. Site visits will be conducted from November 13th through December 16th. Please email Kaleb Ricks at kricks@acchd.us to arrange a time.

Proposals are due by December 23, 2024. To be considered, the below bid packet must be completed in its entirety. You can hand deliver sealed proposals to our office or mail them to the ACCHD Board of Health at 503 Hill Street, Lufkin, Texas 75904. The board will review all proposals and select a contractor at the next board meeting following the deadline. The chosen contractor will be notified within 48 hours following the decision.
