Childhood Vaccines

Newborn has heart listened to at doctor's appointment.Angelina County & Cities Health District wants to help your child live their best life by providing vaccines from birth through their teenage years. On-time vaccination throughout childhood is essential because it helps provide immunity before children are exposed to potentially life-threatening diseases.

ACCHD provides vaccines Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For the latest Texas school immunization requirements, click HERE. Cash, Medicaid and CHIP are accepted for vaccines.

Vaccines are tested to ensure that they are safe and effective for children to receive at the recommended ages. Still, parents often have questions about these vaccines. The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention addresses several common concerns HERE.
