The FamilyFirst/Children with Special Health Care Needs services program helps children 20 and younger who have special health care needs, and to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. FamilyFirst wants your child to build friendships, have success in the classroom, have opportunities to be included in the community and develop a sense of belonging.
FamilyFirst serves families with children and teens who have limitations in their ability to achieve their full potential, such as chronic disease, behavioral, developmental or emotional health concerns.
