The FamilyFirst/Children with Special Health Care Needs services program helps children 20 and younger who have special health care needs to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. FamilyFirst wants your child to build friendships, have success in the classroom, have opportunities to be included in the community and develop a sense of belonging. Focused on family-centered and community-based strategies, this program ensures families get services that honor and respect their cultural beliefs, traditions and values.
FamilyFirst serves families with children and teens who have limitations in their ability to achieve their full potential, such as chronic disease, behavioral, developmental or emotional health concerns.
