Angelina County & Cities Health District (ACCHD) often requests bids for facility maintenance, repairs and other needs. All public notices and bid packets will be posted here when available.
Currently, ACCHD is seeking bids for an annual contract for its HVAC system maintenance and repair. Please click HERE for the full bid packet, including contractor requirements. A timeline for the RFP is listed below.
To be considered, bid packets must be completed in their entirety. You can hand deliver sealed proposals to our office or mail them to the ACCHD Board of Health at 503 Hill Street, Lufkin, Texas 75904.
January 11, 2026: Questions regarding the engagement due via email to either Yesenia Cabral-Fletcher at ycfletcher@acchd.us or Carlos Fernandez at cfernandez@acchd.us by 12:00 p.m.
January 11, 2026: Proposal must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the Angelina County Board of Health by 5:30 p.m.
January 21, 2026: Review and evaluation process by the Angelina County Board of Health will begin during the Board of Health meeting.
January 22, 2026: Selection and notification of winning proposal to all proposers, subject to board approval.
February 1, 2026: Agreement/Contract for deliverables and services initiated no later than this date.
